Title: Jordan's Curse

Jordan Brinkhaven was a girl in 1934. Most girls weren't allowed to play sports, much less wanted too. Jordan was one of the girls who couldn't, but wanted to. Everyone called her weird, because she always played with the boys.
One day, her friend Adam Kellogg got sick of it and asked Jordan to play on their basball team. Jordan was delighted. After 5 months, though, Jordan got visions of people getting hurt at games. She had many visions before that, but never this bad.
"Adam, I'm sorry, I have to quit! I keep having visions!" Jordan said, her voice shaking, "and you, you got killed in them!". Adam looked in her eyes, and replied "If I die, then will you remember me?". Jordan nodded.
"Adam Jonathon Kellogg, you will not play. If you die, then everyone will be sad! Everyone likes you! Think about this, ever since Joanna and your Papa died, you are your Mama's girl to help with woman stuff, you're her boy, to do man stuff, you're Renee's father, and you're my friend! I forbid you to play! I will tell Mr. Russell about my vision! He'll stop you! He beleives me when I say I have visions!" Jordan shouted. Adam looked as if he might cry.
"Jordan, you really had to mention Joanna and Papa right now, didn't you? If I die, then I will be with them, okay? So lay off!" he said, his eyes expressionless. He stared at Jordan for a minute, then she nodded, and he walked off.
"You think I meant it, you idiot boy? I still will tell Mr. Russell. Got it?" Jordan whispered to his back. She ran inside and asked where Mr. Russell was. Nobody knew.
Suddenly, Jordan had another vision. She saw a man with gray hair, and a bald spot, fighting a man in black in the school parking lot.
"This way! She said, running towards the parking lot. They found an unconcious Mr.Russell laying down beside his car.
5 HOURS LATER.............
"Go Adam! Run! Don't let all this rain stop you!" Jordan shrieked at Adam's game. Suddenly a huge, bright streak of lightning bolted out of the sky! And it hit Adam. Jordan screamed.
"No!!!!!!!!!!!!!" she yelled.
8 DAYS LATER...............
"We are sorry to report that Adam Jonathon Kellogg died last night. He had one request, that Jordan Brinkhaven help take care of his mother, and keep all his stuff, if he died," the nurse said.
"But..... how? He was so strong. Why did he leave us?" Jordan said, her eyes filling with tears. The nurse smiled sadly.
"That was a pretty good strike. He lived longer than most people would have. Would you like to make an ornament for our Death Tree for Adam?" she said. Jordan nodded.
The next day, Jordan spent all her money to make a memorial for Adam. Jordan was brave, but never married. She took Adam's last name as her own, when her mother and father died. She lived with Adam's mother until she died, then went on to Women's Baseball. She died in 1987.
