Hi Mami,
I was looking through my stories and found one that I think you will like. It is called Joey.
One hot summer day, a kind little boy named Jerry was taking a walk around the block. Suddenly, he saw a furry and blue He thought it was a ball but when he icked it up, it uncurled.
As soon as it moved, Jerry threw it in the air because he was so scared. Then Jerry realized that it just wanted to make friends withb him. So he ran over to catch it. He barely made it before it came falling into the ground. "Thank you," it said in a high picked voise. "Your welcome," Jerry answered. Jerry was curious to know what it was, so he asked, "what are you?" "I'm a gerbil," it answered. "I was on a roof and fell from it and landed in some blue paint. Something knocked it over and I started rolling down a hill and finally stopped here." Jerry saw that it needed a home. The blue stuff was only paint and he could wash that off. Jerry decided to keep the gerbil."Come with me," Jerry said. Jerry took the gerbil to its new house. He knew he had to give it a name. He though and thought for two whole days. Then finally a light in his head turned on, " how about Joey!" The gerbil liked that name very much. When his mother saw Joey, she thoughtit was a lue ball too! Joey was sleeping, but his mother stepped o
