Title: What The Harvest Moon Says

Leaves fall,
a parting call
to autumn's backward glance.

Winds blow
blustery bold,
the dark queen's icy dance:

A jig of death,
the years last breath,
a time of grve withdrawl

as life retreats
'til darkness meets
an ancient solstice call.

Bonfires burn,
the dancers turn
to meet the dark head on;

Summoning light
to kill the night,
wild reveling greets the dawn.

Saved again
from the dark queen's reign
the planet cycles on.

And the Harvest moon says,
it's time for fall.
