The Slippery Slope
THE SLIPPERY SLOPE is just as stomach turning, heartbreaking, terrifying, and twisted as THE CARNIVOROUS CARNIVAL, THE HOSTILE HOSPITAL, THE VILE VILLAGE, and all the books before them. If you have ever read THE CARNIVOUROUS CARNIVAL, then you know that the story ends in a way too unfortunate to be said or even typed in words. THE SLIPPERY SLOPE is just as bad. So, if you can't handle:
a freezing summit, runaway cart, slippery slope, covered casserole dish, improvising, and/or a villianous attempt to hold someone hostage in trade for a loved on a freezing summit of a very high mountain with no warm food at all, then this book is not for you.
