Once upon a time Ash was walking threw pallet town and looked up at the sky and saw LUGIA and then ASH looked at his pokedex and it said LUGIA the flying water pokemon location whirl island and then ash said I have to catch that pokemon I have to go to Kurts and bring Kurt some apricorns and he will make me some pokeballs and then ash went to whirl island and caught LUGIA the end.
