I’m screaming inside but it makes little difference,
It cannot be heard, for my cries are pretence,
I’m crying out in anguish inside,
I want it over; an end to these lies.
Will that end ever come, I ask you,
When will I finally be able to get through?
Please. I cannot do pain anymore,
I officially retire; I’m sick to the core,
Of all of my sorrow and hurt,
So please; let the pain desert,
Me and banish it far away,
To a pit of pain; and that’s where it will stay.
