Title: Ratings are unfair.
Dear Editor,
I want to ask you one question. How do you rate? I mean, you rate someone who has posted a letter on the 9th of December, but you donot rate someone who has posted it on ...say... 25th November. Do you rate randomly?? If you do, I have only one thing to say- that is highly unfair. Please improve on your procedure of rating.
