Title: my wonderful bunny! true story
once upon a time there was a little girl named Ashley. ashley had 6 cats but there was one special cat that she had always loved. one day that cat had a bad seasher, that messed her brain up.
so my nextdoor neighbor & i called the vet. the vet said there's probably no chance of her life to go on.i was very very sad!
my dad & i put her in a box until the next morning. but when i woke up & ran outside, my cat was still alive. i felt like i was the luckyest kid on earth!
half a year later...
my cat started makeing an awful lot of trouble!
she would climb on the outside of our screans that are on our house & she would not stop, until someone would go out side & play with her.
i couldn't take it anymore.
i was sick of her!!!
so i figured that a cat wasn't the pet for me. one day i went up to my dad & asked him if i could get a rabbit? he started to give me a big long speach. then finaly after i told him about why i don't like my cat, he agreed that i could have a bunny. so we drove to earl mae & looked at the bunnies.
there was a white bunny, and about 4 other different colored bunnies. i looked at this black one but i thought, tooooo BIG!!!
then i looked at this orange-ish one but it had a runny nose. i rembered what a book that i read said," never get a rabbit that has a runny nose."so i looked at the white rabbit, it had nice clear eyes, & no runny nose. it was very small. i thought it was a very good looking rabbit. so i asked one of the store people if i could hold it? they said, why sure!
it was a nice calm rabbit. so i asked my dad if i could have it?
he said, yes of course.
so we took it home.
i started to play with her.
later that night we voted on a name for her.
we all agreed to the name skippy.
now every day after school i come home and play with her.
skippy's favorite thing to do is to eat. her favorite food is cabage! when she hops slow, there's always a little brown suprise right behind her.:)
when she hops fast she always has a big kick right in the middle of it. but we love her!!!!!!!!!!
