Title: Fool of a Took Part 11

After a day or two, the Ents decided they would not fight the war of Middle-Earth.
Treebeard was going to drop us off at the northern edge until I said it, 'The closer we are to danger, the farther we are from harm.' Treebeard turned around and took us the other way.
As we were walking, or as Treebeard was since he was carrying us, I was thinking about how close I had gotten to danger in times past and I had always harmed someone or something.
At Bree, where I told the man about Frodo was one. At Moria, where I knocked the skeleton into the hole, was two. And then I had to jump in front of the Orcs, and Merry suffered the consequences the most.
