Title: English Sonnet
ENGLISH SONNET
The flower started off as a little seed
Planted down in the deep earth
It will take a long time for it to grow indeed
But we will wait for its birth
We checked the seed once in a while
To see if it had sprout
But the seed did not change its style
And then we had some doubt
But we still checked the little seed
And finally one day we saw a stem
We felt that we had done a good deed
We felt as if we had discovered a gem
And finally one day we found a flower
And felt that we had gained power
