Title: The Man Hanging in the Tree

'Who's that man hanging in the the tree?'
'A man who set himself free.'
He tried his trust in his friends,
But didn't know the would be fiends,
They would cause so much problems,
With all the games they would play,
It hurt him to see that they hated him,
It felt he could never trust them,
'I feel bad for him.'
'I do too.'
He tried to confide in his family,
But they mistook him and now they blame me,
Just because he put his trust in God,
But he didn't anwser his prays,
Whoever said unanwsered prayers were a blessing,
Sure wasn't thinking of me,
'Please tell me why they let him be.'
'I think it's because they didn't understand.'
'Understand what?'
He's tried to find Jesus Christ,
But whatever anwser came was a missed,
As the narrator changed,
He became framed and caged,
To the figure of the man hanging,
In the tree with a bible he was clinging,
'You see little boy.'
'That man hanging in the tree.'
'Is someone you already see.'
'You see it's me.'
