Title: When I took my Dog Patches Hunting
Taking Patches hunting was probably the most fun and funniest thing I have ever done with Patches .She ran through the grass chasing birds and jumping around. She had never had been anywhere but the house so she was really exited to go somewhere new. This story will tell you all the things she did when we took her hunting.
When my dad had the idea to take our dog on her first hunting trip I was really anxious to go. My Dad likes to trap pigs and we were going to go check the traps. We thought She needed a little bit of exercise so we got her off the truck and made her run after it. Every time we stopped she never heard any Pigs she just like to look at the birds. When we were going to the last trap to check it My dad got really stuck in a mud hole and could not get out he pushed the gas as hard as he can but he still couldn't get out the muffler started to make this banging noise which got my dog really scared. She just ran and ran and ran until she got to the last trap that we set my dad finally got out but when we did a fire started in the grass from the tires going so fast.
When we were finally ready to go home we thought she was thirsty so we stopped at a water hole that was close by. The men that were there before us had just finished Burning all junk in the water so the water was really thick my dog was going down a little hill falling into the thick water. It was so thick she thought it was ground so she dived into the water and it took her a while to get back up and her whole body was black you could only see the Wight in her eyes. I really had fun taking my dog hunting and I hope I could take her again some time.
