Title: Screams
With tears of shattered glass,
With flashbacks from the past,
With pain thats made to last,
She screams...
With anguish shinning from her eyes,
With grief so pure, she cannot cry,
With the hurt too much- she wants to die,
And she screams...
Only her desperate pleas are silent,
Her screams resound only in her mind,
She's desperate to be free,
Searching for the peace she longs to find.
This girl is me...
Yes me.
The situation seems familiar as I fall in deeper,
My fate still held in the same two hands,
My mind still made up,
There's so many broken plans.
One can fix them,
Only they can.
But will they?
With disgust shone from all angles,
She longs so much to make the 'helpful' call,
And still she is hurt at school...
And she screams...
Screaming, pleading, begging...
Choking, crying, hurting...
'Help me' she whispers over and over...
Louder and louder...
She's screaming, no longer only in her mind.
But this time they chose not to hear.
She doesn't want to go back to how she was,
She remembers those times; their expensive cost,
She's too weak for a battle she's already lost,
She doesn't scream...
She can't see the point.
It's over.
