Title: The Invisibility Cloak Becomes Invisible. Part III
“Hmm…That’s right”, said Harry, “Let’s go to Gryffindor tower and make a list of suspects over there”. The trio walked to their house towers discussing the names of the suspects in a low voice. As they came in front of the portrait of the fat Lady, Hermione said the password, “Jelly Beans”. The Fat Lady exclaimed, “Correct you are!” and they entered the common room. Hermione took out her quill and a parchment and began making a list of suspects.
“Are the girls going to be suspects?”, asked Ron.
“No”, said Harry Nearly Headless Nick is staying in the boys’ dorm because his own dungeon room is being repaired, remember? And if a girl entered the boys’ dorm, he would surely make a huge issue out of it.”
“But, what about the times when Nearly Headless Nick is not in the Boys’ dorm?”, asked Hermione.
“Haven’t you seen, Nearly Headless Nick is NOT leaving Gryffindor boys’ dorm”, said Harry.
“Yes, I’ve noticed that, but why isn’t he leaving Gryffindor Boys’ Dorm?” asked Hermione.
“He’s protesting”, replied Harry.
“Protesting?” asked Hermione.
“Well, here’s one time when YOU’RE telling Hermione instead of Hermione telling YOU”, said Ron. Hermione made a face, “Yes, tell me, why is he protesting”, asked Hermione again.
“Oh”, said Harry, “You see, Nearly Headless Nick didn’t want to move out of his dungeon room so when he was forced to move to the Boys’ dorm here, he decided to not leave it till his own room was ready”.
“But, Neville told me he went to see how the work in his dungeon was going two days ago”, said Ron.
“Yes, I did hear that as well”, said Harry, “Guess he must have gotten curious”.
“Anyway”, said Hermione, “So, back to our number one priority, let’s make a suspect list”
“Oh yes”, said Harry.
“So, tell me, Harry, how many Gryffindors did you cross while going and coming to and from Hagrids”, asked Hermione.
“Well, while going, we came across Fred and George. Then I passed Neville and Lee Jorden and that’s it”, said Harry, “And, while coming back we passed no one from Gryffindor”.
“By the way, Hermione, guess what?” asked Ron.
“What?” asked Hermione
