Title: The Invisibility Cloak Becomes Invisible. Part VI
Harry and I bumped into Parvati and Padmini Patel while coming back”, said Ron, very amused, “And Malfoy and his side kicks were passing by. They were SO confused, suddenly seeing Parvati and Padmini falling down on the staircase. We fell as well but were not seen, of course. Malfoy made a face as if he had lost his mind”
“Then?” asked Hermione
“Then, nothing”, continued Ron, “Harry and I were absolutely struggling to keep the cloak on, we succeeded in that. I felt like giving Malfoy a punch on his face but realized it would be too much of a risk”
“Anyway, back to the list”, said Hermione, “much that I hate to say it, all these guys are suspects”. Harry and Ron nodded. She took her quill and wrote down the names of the suspects. It looked something like this:
The Suspects:
1) Fred Weasly
2) Goerge Weasly
3) Neville Longbottom
4) Lee Jorden
Hermione looked at the clock on the wall, “Come on, we’re getting late for double potions with the Slytherins”
“Oh yeah”, said Harry. The three of them picked up their books and ran for the Potions class rooms in the dungeon. As they were walking to their class, Hermione asked, “How many pages did you write on the essay?”
“What essay?” asked Harry and Ron together.
“Our home work, remember. We had to write an essay on the Strength Potion”, said Hermione in a worried voice, “Don’t tell me you forgot about it.”
“I DID forget about it”, said Ron.
“Me too”, said Harry.
“You two are in for serious trouble”, warned Hermione
“You think I don’t know that”, said Ron
The three settled themselves in the back row of the class room. Quite soon, the Potions teacher, Professor Snape entered the class room. “I suppose all of you have done your home work”, he said as he entered.
“Yes sir”, said everyone, everyone except, Harry and Ron. They stood up.
“Sir, we didn’t do it”, said Harry while Ron gulped.
“What did I just hear?” said Snape in his usual slithery way. His name should have been Snake instead of Snape.
“We didn’t do our home work”, repeated Harry. Professor Snape dusted the dust on his shoulder and suddenly turned and walked up to the two of them. Hermione looked up at her two friends with sympathy.
