Title: Anger
I’m sure it would be difficult for most of us to keep an account of how many times a day we get angry and even if we succeed in getting the exact number, we’ll most probably not be able to find a justified reason for it and even if we do find a reason here and there, half of them would seem silly or else we would find out that we could have controlled ourselves. Try it and see 4 urself if u dun’t believe me. Some people get angry for nothing; they just can’t keep their calm and many of them feel that they can’t live if they don’t spill their anger out. But is it necessary, do we have o solution for it? The answer is yes. Why can’t we keep our anger in control? We just need to take deep breaths each time we get angry and count upto ten or twenty. Then we should analyse the situation with a cool mind and try to understand the other’s point of view. If the other person gets angry of speaks in a higher tone, we just have to lower our tone and the other person will automatically, almost subconsciously lower his tone also. Lowering our tone does not mean to bow down in front of the other person. We an still win an argument if we have valid reasons to defend ourselves. We can’t force our opinions on others by shouting and thus controlling and manipulating them as it’ll be our defeat and not victory. But this is what we just can’t put on our minds. We can force someone to agree with us by shouting but from inside himself, no one can change his opinion and perhaps seeing our pressure, he becomes more determined than ever and sticks to his ideas and then, even if we are right, we can’t do anything about it as the method- anger and shout, that we’ve used was wrong. Getting angry also causes many diseases, so why be angry when we can afford to avoid it? Enjoy life by avoiding being angry and destroy it by a mere drop of anger – the choice is yours…
