Title: The End of the Greatest Battle Part 10
After taking that extremely powerful attack, Joey and Swampert were ready to continue the battle. Out of pure shock Brendan said, “How could that be?! It defies logic!” Joey smiled and then returned fiercely, “Brendan! Sceptile! Swampert and I have fought this battle with everything we have! We are ready to finish it! No matter who wins all of us showed that we are true champions and best friends with each other. Let’s end this battle right now!” Joey continued with power in her voice, “Swampert! Now let us give the final attack! Together! As one, let’s give them all that we have! Our strongest attack! A full power Earthquake now!” With that Swampert and Joey cried out in union, jumped up in the air, and came crashing down with all their power and energy focused on the attack. They slammed their bodies into the ground and delivered an earth-shaking full power Earthquake! They were one and would always be one. The most powerful attack was headed for Sceptile and Brendan and their was nothing they could do. Brendan just said in awe, “Joey and Swampert are truly one. They are just awesome and amazing. They gave it everything they had and still had more. They deserve to win.” The attack hit Sceptile and Brendan full force, and they couldn’t have stopped it even if they tried to. Nothing can stop the power of a pokemon and its trainer working truly as one. The Earthquake was over and so was the Greatest Battle. After Joey saw that Brendan and Sceptile were defeated, she exclaimed, “Swampert! We did it! We won!” She ran to her best friend and they collided in a huge hug. Joey then said, “What did I tell you buddy. We can do anything as long as we are together.” Swampert than said back, “I know. And it worked.” Joey laughed and yelled, “Yeah! Now let’s go see if Brendan and Sceptile are okay!” Brendan and Sceptile were okay with a different meaning. From the looks on their faces they were just glad it was over, and that the greatest trainer along with her greatest friend and pokemon, emerged victorious from the Greatest Battle.
