Title: A great discovery, Part #3
'But what if I really did hear voices?' Daniel thought. Then he heard rain outside and realized that it must have been raining ever since he came into the cave because as soon as he went back to the back to the opening of the cave to check, signs showed that it had been raining for quite a while., He pulled his bike in so it could dry. And then he wondered, 'How long have I been in here?' But then, he had left his watch at home! And then he remembered about the rain and the voices and then realized that people must have come in here for shelter from the rain. 'But if they did, I would have seen or heard them! But of course, he couldn't have possibly seen them because it was so dark in the cave! But that didn't cancel Daniel hearing them. That was still there. Then lightning flashed and for a split second he thought he saw some movement. He headed farther down the tunnel being sure he had seen some movement. He headed down farther. And farther. And farther. Until he finally saw some smoke. 'Now I know I see something.' Daniel thought aloud. Then he realized he shouldn't have spoken. A figure approached him and spoke in words Daniel couldn't possibly understand.
