Title: Darkness Surround While Hobbits Travel Again #52

“KREEEEAAAGGG!” screeched a voice as Legolas, Aragorn and Zigendri turned to two huge eyes, glowing yellow. The huge eyes attacked and Aragorn realized that it was the little spider’s mother. The mother was humongous, its pincers big enough to kill anyone with a single strike. “It’s SHELOB!” Zigendri yelled and all of them readied themselves. Aragorn struck at the spider first, putting Frodo next to Anna. The spider hissed and shot a substance from its mouth. The substance hit Aragorn’s sword and slowly it melted away untill Aragorn had to drop it on the ground. “Be careful, Aragorn! Those are poisonous substances that eat up anything that touches. You, Zigendri, stay with Anna and Frodo!” Legolas shouted and threw his own sword at the darkness, where he guessed the spider was waiting for its chance to attack again. It clanked, missing the spider a little. It leaped out yet again and this time, something glistening white shot through the air and hit both Legolas and Aragorn’s arms. It struck both of them backwards, scrambling for a weapon. Legolas caught one around his hand and threw it at the darkness, this time hearing no ‘clank’ sound. The spider hissed in fury and pain, And now the spider attacked roughly. “Hold on Legolas!” Aragorn shouted as both he and Legolas were thrust inside the darness. Zigendri was clattering in fear and he walked towards Anna’s side. She was icy cold and no life seemed to be left. But her heart was still beating. Frodo was groaning even harder. Zigendri looked at Anna with adoration. ‘She is pretty…’ he whispered. Then he took out a cloth. Inside the cloth were many black marbles and Zigendri quickly placed two marbles on both his victims. The marbles sank in both Anna and Frodo. Frodo stopped groaning and Anna’s face slowly began to become normal. There was a horrible hiss as Aragorn and Legolas came out of the darkness, both bloody swords in hand.

Legolas looked at Anna and Frodo as slowly they began to become back into shape. Anna’s color was coming back and Frodo was fighting the ring. “Where shall we head now?” Legolas spoke and Aragorn’s stern but keen thinking came back to life. Aragorn looked up the air and slowly realized what they have done. The clouds were forming dark ones and nine creatures of the dark flew in the sky. The castle was roarig in anger and all flared in dark evil. “Father’s is mad… We must get out of here before he tracks you down,” Zigendri hissed and his eyes were determined. “Why did he bring us there? Was it to kill us or to torture us?” Legolas snarled and he grabbed Zigendri, this time threatingly. Zigendri shrugged and did not answer. Legolas shook him but Aragorn stopped him. “Legolas, I know you are mad but you owes your daughter’s life from him. You should thank him for once.” Legolas let go and Zigendri looked flattered. Legolas seemed to be looking angry for some reason. “Thank you,” he growled and went to Anna’s side. She was slowly coming back and he sighed a little. But then he recognized something weird, something that wasn’t there before, something that was never to be there…
