I'm going to start over on here!
I woke up with a start, 'Mom, what time is it?' I asked eagerly, '10:30, and your friends already came by.' my mom replied, 'Ahhhhhh!' I shouted as I jumped into my clothes and ran through the door... I arrived at Prof. Birch's lab at 10:35, 'Well, hello Vanessa, you alittle late today?' Prof. Birch said humorously, 'Yeah, but I'm
ready to get my first pokemon!' I replied as I nervously
thought,'I hope it's a Totodile.' 'Ok here you go, your pokemon and five pokeballs to catch some more pokemon.' Prof. Birch said as he handed me 6 pokeballs, 'Pokeball,
go!' I shouted as my first pokemon appeared through a red beam, 'Totodile!!' Totodile, the water pokemon shouted as he climbed on my shoulder, 'Wow! A Totodile!'
I exclaimed excitedly as I tried to get him back in his pokeball, 'Well, looks like he wants to stay out here!' Prof. Birch said loudly as we walked out, 'Thanks!' I shouted as Totodile and I left the building...... 'Hey guys wait up!' I yelled as I saw Alex, Marina, Jenny, and Kari walking in the middle of Route 101. 'Hey Vanessa!' Jenny shouted, 'How are you?' she asked, 'Fine
I guess, what starters did ya'll get?' 'Well, I can tell
you got a Totodile! He is so cute! I got a Mudkip.' Jenny said as she pulled out her pokeball, 'Go Mudkip!'
'Mudkip!!' the little mud fish pokemon shouted, 'Great Mudkip, I got a Chikorita! Go, Chikorita!' Alex said as she let out her grass pokemon, 'Great pokemon, but I got
a Cyndaquil! Let's show them Cyndaquil!' Kari said as her flame pokemon appeared, 'Nice, but I have a Mudkip like Jenny's!' Marina shouted as she threw her pokeball and a second Mudkip appeared! Everyone except me returned their pokemon into their balls, 'Well, let's go!' We then arrived in Oldale Town, then headed straight for Route 103! 'Maybe we can catch some pokemon
here!' Marina shouted as we walked on in the tall grass,
'Hey, there's Brandon!' Alex pointed out as we saw the silver haired boy studing a tree, Brandon was Prof. Birch's son, 'Hey let's battle him!' Kari said eagerly as we walked up to him, 'Hey Brandon!' I said, 'Oh hi girls, did ya'll get a starter pokemon? I can see Vanessa did, and I did too.' Brandon said, 'Brandon, we challenge you to a pokemon battle, one at a time!' Alex said as we waited for his reply, ' I accepted ya'll's challenge!' Brandon replied......
