Title: The cost of infatuation

Infatuation is deadly. I know. Infatuation with one boy cost me all my other relationships. I thought only of one person, and that one person didn't think of me. I am totally alone.

Last year, I met this kid. He charms everyone, me and my best friend included. He tore our friendship apart, leaving me without her. She doesn't understand the cost of infatuation.

Daydreaming of him made my family feel unwanted by me. They drew back, waiting for me to acknowledge their presence in the room once more, and I was blind to this.

My diary was so sick of hearing about him that it disappeared. Now I'm going mad with all the feelings I can't write down in a locked book.

I abandoned my epals, they couldn't understand what happened. I came back, two months later, none of them would write to me.

The cost of infatuation is everything. I forgot to eat for two days, then eating like I was starved, and then forgetting eating again. It cost me what beauty I had. It cost me the trust and love of my family. It cost me who I needing when I had my accident.

And he never even spoke to me. Not even once.
