Title: Dancing
Yes, I know Dancing? A sport? Well, if you think about it, it is.
Dancing is not all that easy as you may think it is, it takes alot of practice just like soccer, basketball and all the other sports. Before you get started dancing you have to stretch out, strech out your arm muscles, leg muscles, and even your but muscles, and my dance class normally does 329 crunches after were done streching. These aren't ordinary crunches, if you do them, you wouldn't want to get up!
Now for the real dancing, you don't just goof off and do your own moves, and not pay attention how to do the steps, you have to pay attention or you will stick out like a sore thumb! You have to know the counts too, so you know how much time and when you have to do that certain move.
Well, that's my sport, sound easy? Try it, maybe you might like it...even the boys!
* Have fun!*
