Title: The Underground Rumble (Motan Region)

Joey yelled, 'It's time to finish this battle! Swampert use Earthquake!' Kirk shouted, 'Sceptile! Aerial Ace!' At the same time, Swampert and Sceptile jumped into the air, preparing for their own attacks. Swampert brought his arms above his head, as Sceptile stiffened her body, taking in the air. Then, both of them fell to the earth. The Mud Fish Pokemon slammed his arms into the brown ground below him shaking up the area Sceptile was about to land on. The Forest Pokemon knew nothing of it, so when she reached the ground, Sceptile got quite a wake up call. She cried, 'Scep! Tile!' A small grin appeared on Swampert's face, and Joey commented, 'Great work buddy.' Slowly, Sceptile picked herself up, and shot her head up glaring at Swampert. Swampert's Earthquake was also able to stop Sceptile's Aerial Ace. Kirk was gritting his teeth as he growled, 'This battle isn't going in my direction. I have to make it. I have to win! Sceptile Giga Drain now!' Sceptile charged forward ready to strike. Joey quickly countered, 'Swampert defense!' Immediately, Swampert stood his ground, waiting for the Grass Pokemon to reach him. A second later, Sceptile made contact with Swampert, and it was hard. A green energy surrounded the Water/Ground Pokemon, stealing his strength and transferring it to Sceptile. Now it was Sceptile who was grinning as she ended her attack on her opponent, but Swampert has faced many attacks 100 times stronger than Giga Drain, so he is ready, willing, able, and wanting to fight. Joey yelled, 'That's the way to do it Swampert! Now go underground!' Instantly, Swampert was blocked off by a miniature sand and dirt storm as he quickly dug away at the ground beneath him. Kirk annoyingly moped, 'Again…? Haven't you played in the mud enough today? Sceptile, watch for him.' Sceptile agreed, 'Scep!' Swampert was waiting to emerge from the underground, as Joey grinned to herself thinking, 'Kirk and Sceptile have no idea what Swampert and I have cooked up for them. They think that Swampert's going to get them with Dig, but won't they be surprised.' Then, Joey mentally revealed, 'Okay Swampert you know what to do. Turn Dig into Dive.' As soon as Joey said that, Swampert formed a water pool under him, then he fell right into it. He swam over to Sceptile, and was ready to attack right in front of her. Sceptile watched closely for any move Swampert might make, and so did Kirk. With her mind, Joey excitedly, but quietly exclaimed, 'We might as well get this over with buddy. Come on out Swampert!' Just as she said that, the ground in front of Sceptile caved in as it was replaced by gushes of water. This startled Sceptile as she was about to fall into the hole. Before she knew what was going on, a water covered Swampert rocketed out of the hole and Sceptile cried, 'Scep Sceptile!' Kirk shockingly shouted, 'What!?' Swampert rammed into Sceptile and completely caught her off guard. The Water/Ground Pokemon pushed the Grass Pokemon back, and he jumped back to Joey. Kirk asked, 'Swampert was using Dig, not Dive! Why did he attack Sceptile with Dive?' Joey happily answered, 'Ha. Show's how much you know. Swampert can change Dig to Dive and Dive to Dig even if he's underground or underwater.' Kirk mumbled, 'That's just great. All right Sceptile. Now stand up.' Sceptile still had plenty of energy left as she got back on her feet. She stood strong as Swampert stood equally to her. Both Pokemon looked at each other straight in the eyes, and it was tense. For those seconds, it was like time was frozen in place. Swampert and Sceptile never took their eyes off of each other. Joey cracked the ice yelling, 'Let's go! Swampert Surf!' Kirk followed shouting, 'Now Sceptile! Leaf Blade!' As Swampert charged with a mighty wave, Sceptile released her forceful blades. Both fierce attacks went right past the other as Sceptile was once again overcome by the huge tsunami. But as she was dealing with her little ocean, her own attack headed right for Swampert and struck him directly in his chest, sending him sliding across the ground. Kirk saw his opportunity, and shouted, 'Hurry Sceptile! Get out of that wave!' Instantly, Sceptile broke through Surf, and waited for Kirk to tell her what to do. She was answered when Kirk hollered, 'Okay Sceptile! Slam Swampert from above!' Sceptile looked towards the sky, as she jumped up to it with all of her speed. When she was high enough, Sceptile turned back to the earth below, and dove straight for Swampert! Joey saw this coming, and warned, 'Swampert, Sceptile's coming!' Unfortunately for Swampert, he couldn't move from where he was. Actually, Joey realized that Swampert looked forward to Sceptile attacking him from above. Joey closed her eyes, and seconds later, understood Swampert's plan completely. Just then, Swampert's plan came into motion as the mighty Grass Pokemon rained down from the sky like a comet speeding up by the minute. She landed harshly on the Water/Ground Pokemon, pummeling him into the ground. Kirk had a smirk on his face, but Joey wasn't worried at all, because Swampert wanted that to happen. A thin cloud of smoke arose from the battle site and Sceptile hasn't moved from where she made contact with Swampert. She and Kirk were waiting for the smoke to clear to see what happened to Swampert. They were both staring at the spot where Swampert was, but when the smoke cleared were they surprised! Swampert was gone! Joey gave a slight laugh, while Sceptile and Kirk were shocked! Sceptile cried, 'Scep!' Kirk gasped, 'Where…where did he go!?' Lucky for Swampert and Joey, neither Kirk nor Sceptile noticed the hole that Swampert dug underground, and when Sceptile used Slam from above, that gave him just the boost he needed to really get down into the thick layer of the ground below. Joey mentally contacted Swampert and asked, 'Are you ready to go Swampert?' Swampert replied, 'Swampert Swam!', or, 'Oh yeah!' Joey responded, 'Then let's do it.' She turned to Kirk and Sceptile and hollered, 'This attack's old, but new, so sorry if it's a little sloppy!' Kirk and Sceptile were both VERY confused, and had puzzled expressions as Kirk asked, 'What?……?' Joey laughed again, and yelled, 'You'll see soon enough! Now Swampert! Do it!' Deep under the ground, Swampert tackled the rock dirt above him, causing a massive Earthquake! Back on the topside of the earth, everything suddenly started shaking! Sceptile and Kirk were jumped by it, but as soon as it started, Sceptile began experiencing yet another shaking ride of her life! Trying to keep his balance, Kirk asked, 'What's going on!?' Joey was grinning, as she replied, 'Why, can't you tell there's an Earthquake?' Kirk angrily shot back, 'I know that! But I wanted to know where it came from! And where's Swampert!?' Joey was enjoying this as she responded, 'That's for me to know, and you not to know. So be quiet, and enjoy the ride! Haha!' Kirk mumbled, 'What a great help she was. Sceptile!' Sceptile was being immensely shaken, and Swampert's attack was doing great damage to her. Sceptile was squinting as she cried, 'Sceeeeeptile!' Kirk shouted, 'Sceptile, try to break out of it!' Sceptile slowly opened her right eye, but immediately closed it afterwards. She was locked in place. Joey mentally spoke, 'Okay good job, Swampert. Now pull her under.' Deep in the ground, Swampert was speedily traveling to the surface, where Sceptile had no idea she was about to be attacked. His Earthquake was still going, so Swampert had a great cover-up for his second underground attack. The Water/Ground Pokemon continued flying though the dark brown dirt, preparing to strike. Back on the surface, Joey revealed, 'There are advantages to being able to travel underground. You will soon see what I am talking about.' Through it all, Kirk and Sceptile were trying to listen through the roar of the shaking earth, but they heard what Joey had to say. A small smile showed on Joey's face, as she turned to the ground and explained in her mind, 'As soon as you come to the top, get right in there and attack all right?' Using the same method, Swampert replied, 'Of course. We wouldn't want to keep our opponents waiting.' Joey quietly laughed to herself, as she muttered, 'It's time.' Just then, a cloud of smoke rose right beneath Sceptile causing both her and Kirk to panic. Sceptile looked at her feet, but instead she saw two blue arms reach out and grab her. Immediately Sceptile was pulled underneath the ground! Kirk didn't see everything that happened since he had his arms over his face, and when he looked up after the smoke was gone, he couldn't see either Pokemon. In one swift, quick move, Sceptile was gone. All that was left on the battlefield were two holes, and two trainers; one clueless and the other who knew everything that just happened. After Sceptile was dragged under, Swampert's Earthquake became stable once more, so everything was quiet. But in the soft yet rocky layers under the ground, Sceptile was being taken deeper and deeper down into it. Swampert was looking forward, when he started to slow down. He found a fine place to continue the battle. Sceptile noticed this decrease in speed, and opened her eyes to see where they were. She saw nothing different from where they were just before. It was the same exact place-dark brown dirt was all they saw, and barely since there was no light. The two Pokemon stopped moving, and Sceptile didn't understand what was going on. Then, out of nowhere Swampert clenched his right hand, and turned around jabbing Sceptile in her face. She was completely caught off guard, and went smashing through the soft layer of the underground. When the Forest Pokemon got back up, she was angry! Sceptile charged for Swampert with a mighty Slam attack. The Mud Fish Pokemon placed his left arm in front of his face and chest as the upset Grass Pokemon rammed into him sending both of them flying back. They went back quite a ways, and when they did stop, small rocks were soaring around both Pokemon. Sceptile fiercely turned her head to Swampert, and he still had his arm in front of his face. But then, he slowly brought it down, and when his face was shown, Swampert was courageously smiling. Sceptile was perplexed, but she kept her guard up since she knew Swampert was at his prime in the water and under the ground-where they are now. Sceptile never took her eyes off of the unpredictable Pokemon, but despite that fact, out of the blue Swampert's arms started racing around in circles at an enormous rate! Sceptile was bombarded by something, but she wasn't sure what it was yet. They were giant clump of something brown, and a closer look of what was striking the Forest Pokemon showed that it was a barrage of dirt and mud being hurled by Swampert! Sceptile didn't know what Swampert was up to, since this is quite an unconventional attack and all (at least to Sceptile), but she knew Swampert had some kind of plan cooked up. After giving it some thought though, Sceptile figured out Swampert probably didn't have a plan. All the more, she would have to use everything she has to pull out a win in this one. But before she could do that, Sceptile would have to come up with something to stop Swampert's onslaught of muddy dirt balls! But then, to Sceptile's dismay, Swampert increased his throwing speed! Sceptile noticed this greatly and covered her face with her arms. She was starting to look like a Rock Pokemon, instead of a Grass Pokemon since the mud and dirt is making her look so brown. Sceptile tried to peek in between her arms, and she was actually able to without getting a mud sphere splashed in her face. The Forest Pokemon had her eye on Swampert. It was hard to see him through the flying dirt all over the place, but she was managing. Sceptile's eye was getting tired, and then out of nowhere a brown blob smacked her head on, sending a thick dust into her eye making it painfully sting. Sceptile brought her head down out of pain, and put her hand over her stinging eye. She was trying to clear it, but then all of a sudden she was waken up with a deep, throbbing pang in her stomach. It stopped all of her movements and made her eye seem like a harmless little scratch. She struggled to open her aching eye to see what was causing her this overwhelming agony. Her answer was obvious. Her bitter opponent Swampert had his tight fist swarming into Sceptile's stomach. He was carefully looking down at Sceptile, watching for any moves she might make. He waited a short amount of time, before he removed his fist from Sceptile's body and lifted his arms into the sky, and shouted, 'Swampert!' Sceptile could feel nothing but her huge pain, but there was a energy forming behind Swampert, ready for one of his attacks. The Grass Pokemon is so wrapped up in her pain, she couldn't even realize that Swampert ended his dirt ball assault, which is pretty obvious since he gave Sceptile the punch of her life. Swampert was scowling as he brought his arms down yelling, 'Swam!!' Out from behind him, a humongous tidal wave emerged and raced for Sceptile, engulfing her in it's overcoming waters effortlessly, causing her more damage. It washed her away, and Swampert stood ready for when Sceptile came back, like he knew she would. He scanned the area where his Surf attack brought Sceptile, and saw she was still in the wave. The Water/Ground Pokemon shot his eyes open half an inch and Surf disappeared immediately, leaving Sceptile submerged in the water from her own body. Swampert stayed where he was, waiting for Sceptile to stand. Sure enough, after a few minutes Sceptile pulled her arms under her, and lifted herself up, pushing her soaked legs to balance her. She was able to stand, and when she was sturdy, she stared right into Swampert's narrowed eyes, while narrowing her own. They kept this position for quite sometime, figuring out how much energy each Pokemon had left. Finally, Sceptile extended her arms out in front of her, and they slightly shook as her three, thick and strong vines reached out towards Swampert, ready to strike him down, or so it appeared. Swampert never moved his body until Sceptile's Leaf Blade slightly passed him, Swampert naturally bent his arms with his hands facing the sky. Then, he swiftly and quickly pushed them out to the left and right, encountering two of the three blades along the way, causing them to fly out of their intended path. For the third by his head, Swampert picked up his right hand, and easily grabbed it, and held it in place. After this happened, a small grin spread across Sceptile's face. Then, the two blades that Swampert had pushed out of the way regained their force and speedily strangled Swampert's body, but through it all Swampert kept his eyes on Sceptile's. The Mud Fish Pokemon still had his right hand grasped around Sceptile's third vine, but that didn't make a difference, or maybe it did to Swampert. Satisfied with her work, Sceptile jerked her blades back to her, as she reeled in her stuck opponent. Although, Swampert didn't look worried at all. Sceptile shortened the distance between she and Swampert, and when he finally made it to her, she brought her head down, and rammed it into Swampert's stomach, just like he did with his fist. Swampert hardly winced, but he did feel that harsh headbutt. Sceptile still had her head in Swampert's stomach as she grinned, forming a green aura around her body. Swampert noticed this, just as his foe took a hold of the Mud Fish's arms, one of which was holding onto Sceptile's third blade. Sceptile brought her head up, and then started to sap energy out of Swampert and add it to her using her Giga Drain attack. Right as she began, Swampert took his chance and immediately pulled on Sceptile's blade in his hand! Sceptile was completely startled by this, since she didn't even realize that Swampert had a hold of her blade when she grabbed him. Swampert pulled the blade toward him, pulling Sceptile along too, causing her to end her attack and her grasp on the Water/Ground Pokemon. Swampert held up Sceptile, then flipped around, dragging Sceptile into the packed earth beneath them. He had plenty of force as he released the blade, sending the Forest Pokemon into the dirt. She slid for a while, then stopped with an angry expression mixed with a little tiredness. Following Sceptile, Swampert dived down the path he gave Sceptile. As he got closer, Swampert tensed his body to prepare for attack. He brought his feet and hands together under him, and when he reached Sceptile, he slammed his feet and hands into her, creating a real direct Earthquake attack! Their surroundings all began to rapidly shake, and it was all coming from Sceptile. The Grass Pokemon gritted her teeth, and then she turned the tide forming another green aura around her. Instantly she was stealing energy away from Swampert, and it was for real this time. Swampert shouted, 'Swaaaammpert!' This has got to be one of Sceptile's strongest Giga Drain attacks, if not the strongest. She kept draining him, never letting up. Swampert knew he had to fight back, and that's just what he did. He forced his eyes open as he lifted his hands as far as he could bring them above him. He yelled, 'Swaaaaaam!' as he strengthened his arms. Sceptile saw that the Mud Fish was about to attack, and she softened her fierce face, seeing as how Swampert had her pinned down so she couldn't get out the way. She knew she was about to experience Swampert's direct Earthquake again. Just like Sceptile thought, Swampert forcefully slammed his arms down into Sceptile's body again, yelling, “Perrrrrrt!” She cried out in pain with a loud, 'Sceeeeeep!' Just like before, the Earthquake effect from Sceptile sent a ripple out to the ground around them, causing everything to shake greatly. Swampert thought his attack was only effecting Sceptile, but he didn't realize that the ground around them was starting to cave in! Fortunately, Sceptile did as she struggled to extend her Leaf Blade once again. Swampert saw this, and thought she was about to attack, but he thought differently once he heard a rumbling noise coming from over him. He looked up and got a close-up of what was about to become a big problem. A pile a dirt landed on top of Swampert, but he quickly shook it off, and jumped off of Sceptile so she could stand up. She did just that, but as she released her Leaf Blade to escape, the ground above them ruptured and tons of earth came crashing down onto the two Pokemon underground. Sceptile widened her eyes as she gasped, 'Scep!' Swampert grunted, then leaped in between the falling dirt and Sceptile just as it made contact, all of which was pummeled onto the mighty Water/Ground Pokemon. Sceptile covered her eyes just as Swampert fell onto her along with all of the earth. Things were dark for quite a while after the underground landslide, but that didn't matter since Swampert and Sceptile were practically unconscious. While they were sleeping, not a lot was happening above ground, except for arguing from Kirk. He angrily shouted at Joey, 'This is all your Pokemon's fault! If Swampert didn't pull Sceptile into the ground, this battle might actually be getting somewhere!' Joey had her arms folded, and was getting tired of Kirk, and very mad at him. She reluctantly responded, 'Oh, be quiet you baby. Swampert only continued this battle underground because he wanted a change of scenery. That and he loves the underground, not to mention has an advantage there, but who needs an advantage against YOU?' Kirk was fuming as he screamed, 'Obviously you and Swampert do since he's underground right now! And how do you know if they're battling!?' Joey closed her eyes and leaned her head to the ground as she answered mysteriously, as well as confidently, 'Swampert has a power that he isn't using now, and that alone can crush Sceptile. And you will never understand the truth about the answer of your question, never. You are not capable, and you never will be!' Kirk was slumping as he muttered in his show-off tone, 'Hm! Whatever, I don't know what you just said, and I don't care what you just said. All I know is that Sceptile will win this match!' Joey strongly replied, 'You can't do anything for Sceptile, but I can fight with Swampert.' Then, Joey looked to the ground, and she was staring straight at Swampert, buried in the fallen earth. She planted her feet on the ground, and dust shot out from the sides of her feet. Joey was sending her spirit energy to Swampert, to give him more strength. Kirk can't do this because he doesn't have a true bond with his Pokemon. As soon as Joey's energy reached Swampert, his eyes instantly shot open, down in the deepest realm of the underground. Right after he awoke, Swampert started to rapidly shovel his way past all of the ground in his way to the surface. Joey felt her best friend's movements, and as she was joining with her Swampert, Sceptile gradually raised her eyebrows, and found out that she was completely surrounded by dirt. She tried to look around, but she has a lot of heavy ground on her, and it really burdens her down. At that moment, Sceptile didn't know how she was going to get out of this predicament, but she knew she was going to try. She spread her arms out, and slowly started spinning them, trying to get rid of some of the dirt. As she progressed, she moved more and more of the dirt until Sceptile had a little path to crawl through. She hoped it would lead her to the hole where they first came in here. Sceptile began to crawl into her little passage, and while she was moving, she thought about what happened to Swampert. She knew he jumped in front of her, and got hit with all of the earth as it fell, and she wondered if he was okay. The Forest Pokemon decided to find the way out of here first, so she could tell Joey or something like that. It wasn't too long before Sceptile reached the end of what she dug out, but she solved it by slicing through the dirt with her Aerial Ace. Sceptile brought her arms back, and right after, she swiped them forward right through the dirt. It worked just fine, and Sceptile continued. Whenever the Grass Pokemon came across a dead end along the way, she just cut through it with Aerial Ace, and she had to do this quite often. After a while, she started to get negative asking herself if this was the wrong way, and she was just going deeper into nothingness. Strangely, Sceptile was encouraged to find her way out of here. Because of this, she immediately started digging upward, even though she knew she probably couldn't since she wasn't that type of Pokemon. Despite that, Sceptile was going to try it anyway. But as soon as she started, something grabbed her right leg out of the blue! Sceptile was immensely startled, and she immediately shrieked, 'Sceeeeeeeeeptilllleeeeeee!' She gapped her mouth and her eyes were huge out of shock. She just stayed that way until she gathered up her courage and crept her head down to see what seized her leg. She moved her head very slowly, but all she saw was the brown earth around her. But then, after a little more, Sceptile's eye caught what clutched her. Sceptile's eyes turned back to normal because now she was curious to see what it is, since it looked familiar to her. It was a rough, blue arm that was stained with dirt. Sceptile inched closer to it, but then the arm twitched. Sceptile backed up and immediately froze in place, not moving a muscle. She had her eyes locked on the area where this creature, if that's what it was would emerge. A few minutes later, that's exactly what it did. Sceptile looked on intently as the area of dirt began to rise forming a lump on it. Seconds later, Swampert furiously rampaged through the small hill, sending the earth flying all over the place. He let go of Sceptile's leg, and used his free arms to push him up out of the hole. Swampert didn't seem to notice that he has been digging upward for a very long length of time because he jumped out of his hole rather quickly. He just had plenty of energy from Joey. After he landed on his feet, Swampert took in some fresh breaths of underground air after being in closed by the earth for so long, which Swampert enjoyed greatly, being a half-Ground Pokemon. Sceptile looked overwhelmed by relief that it was just Swampert that nearly scared her out of her roots. Swampert looked towards the Forest Pokemon, and lifted his hand in a non-moving wave saying, 'Greetings Sceptile. Thank you for letting me pull myself up with your leg.' Sceptile's mouth was drooping as she sighed, ' No problem. You only nearly scared me out of my skin. It's about time you got out of there.' Her expression completely changed to a happy smirk as she continued, 'So we can finish the battle.' Swampert smiled, 'That's more like it. But wouldn't you want me to faint, no matter how?' Sceptile responded, 'I want to defeat you, I don't want you get beaten down here. Only if it's by me. But we're leaving now, so I can beat you above ground, in the sunlight.' Swampert gave a slight laugh, and he added, 'You put up an honorable challenge Sceptile. I just thought you would want me to faint no matter how since that's what Kirk would want.' Sceptile sadly looked to the ground as she replied, 'Yeah, well I'm not anything like Kirk, even if he is my trainer. He doesn't understand Pokemon. And if he doesn't understand Pokemon, he doesn't understand me.' Swampert felt bad for Sceptile, even if they are enemies. Swampert explained, 'I know how you feel, but we have to get out of here.' He looked at the ground above them, as Sceptile said, 'I know, and I want to. So let's go.' Swampert had a excited expression as he warned, 'You might want to stand back a few yards. This is going to get a little messy.' He looked back at Sceptile and a wide grin spread across his face. Sceptile nodded, showing she understood and said, 'Of course.' She backed up ten feet, and Swampert leaped up onto the roof of the passage they were now in. Then, Swampert put his arms to work as he dug away with awesome speed! Sceptile just stood there with her shoulders slouched and mouth drooping. She quietly exclaimed, 'How? I'm glad I stopped on top of him. Swampert's probably already to the surface.' The next thing Sceptile knew she was smacked in the face by a clump of dirt. She angrily swatted it away, and yelled, 'Hey! What was that for!?' Swampert heard her since she yelled so loud, and Swampert yelled back, 'I told you it was going to get messy!' Sceptile quietly said, 'Oh.' Then, Sceptile saw that the only thing in front of her were mountains of earth, and they were about to fall onto her! Just as they were about to collapse, Sceptile panicked and galloped farther back. After she stopped, she panted heavily since all of the dirt was only about two feet behind her when it ceased. When Sceptile looked back at it, she watched as Swampert popped his head out of the dirt. Swampert happily revealed, 'Hey! I made a tunnel to the top! Well, I didn't break ground yet, but I'm only like a foot away.' Sceptile was scowling as she mumbled through gritted teeth, 'Great job.' Swampert was perplexed as he asked, 'What do you mean?' Sceptile exploded with, 'What do you mean, what do I mean!!? I ONLY almost got trampled by what caused this is the first place!' Swampert had a small silly grin on his face as he asked, 'Is that all? Come on, we got to go.' Swampert turned around and started running through his tunnel. Sceptile saw this and she ran for the shaft, shouting, 'Hey wait for me!' Swampert was jumping to the pathway that led to the surface when Sceptile caught up with him. And right when Sceptile found Swampert, the Water/Ground Pokemon looked up and he saw that the pathway was right above them. He laughed and asked, 'Well would you look at that. Here we go!' He hopped up into it, and planted his fingers in the dark, moist ground. Sceptile followed Swampert's pattern, but she had a little trouble getting good finger holes, so she tried again. She jumped up, and sent her Leaf Blade into the walls to steady her. Fortunately, that worked and Swampert and Sceptile made their way up to where Swampert stopped burrowing, a foot from the open world on top of the underground. Gladly, Swampert tackled what was left of the dirt, and went right through it, out into the daylight! As Swampert landed on the fresh ground, Joey looked up to see her best friend running towards her. She smiled, and Sceptile hopped out too. Swampert bounced onto Joey, and they both fell down. Joey laughed and responded, 'I'm happy to see you again too.' On the other side, things weren't so happy. Kirk angrily screamed, 'It's about time you got back here!' That made Sceptile stop in her tracks, and have a frightened look on her face. Joey and Swampert were both scowling as they stood to face Kirk. Joey shouted, 'How dare you yell at Sceptile! She didn't do anything! You're getting out of hand!' Kirk sneered, 'Stay out of this you wimp! Sceptile get over there and destroy them now!' Swampert thought, 'We have to stop him!' Joey heard Swampert say this in her mind, and responded, 'I know, but I think the only way to stop him is to defeat Sceptile.' Swampert grunted, 'Then that's what we'll do. NOW!' Joey hollered, 'You got it!' Kirk angrily bellowed, 'Sceptile! LEAF BLADE!!!' Sceptile reluctantly released her trio of vines and sent them to take down Swampert and Joey. But Kirk was blind to what Swampert and Joey were about to do. Joey yelled, 'Swampert! Ability Evolve!'
