Title: Hard?

I know that you shall never be mine,
That ur happiness lies in somebody else,
That I’m nothing for you. But what do I do,
About my own feelings,
Which I have for you,
Which are true and sincere.
The best solution is to forget you,
But I just can’t,
Which leads me to further grief,
As I can’t help loving you, despite knowing that my love is one sided.
I don’t want you to leave your love,
Your happiness or anything else,
Just for me,
Just by knowing about my feelings for you.
I just want to be your pal,
As it’ll be more than enough for me.
But friendship cannot be bought,
And I don’t even know if u want me as ur pal or not.
It would have been better for everyone,
If I found someone else,
To whom I could dedicate all the feelings I’ve got for u,
But that’s not easy,
As my life and fate is such,
That it never lets me get the one for whom I have sincere feelings,
And there are always obstacles in my path.
Obstacles which are created by my own people,
Or by others,
Which I can’t help.
I’m always made helpless,
And I can do nothing,
As doing anything would mean hurting others,
Which I don’t want to do at all cost.
My happiness lies in yours,
I’ll always be here for you,
Even if you don’t need me.
But I’ll not force myself upon you,
Or do anything at all.
It’s the feelings that count,
Feeling which will never die,
As love is not a play,
It’s a life long process,
Which happens to us so many times,
And yet it truly happens only once,
We just need to know it,
And discover it.
I won’t let my whole life slip off,
Let the chances that knock at my door go,
Just hoping that u would be mine one day.
The door of my heart will always be open for you,
But in the meantime,
I will let nothing prevent me,
From trying to find out my real love,
The love which will not be one sided.
U might be the one,
In the future,
But for now,
U’re not,
And I can’t live in the future.
I’ll live my present,
And try to live life as it is,
As I said,
Find the one who’s really for me,
And I can’t know who he is,
Unless I try,
Unless I discover that my love is not one sided,
Even if it’s always the case.
You’ll always be in my heart,
I cannot forget you,
But if you are really mine,
Then you will come back to me one day.
I’ll wait for that day,
But I don’t know if it’ll come or not,
So I’ll try ,
To search for other doors,
Which might be open for me,
While waiting for you.
That’s the most practical decision that I can take,
But I’ll also try,
To be your pal,
And try to know,
What I mean for you.
I’ll always try,
As the one who does not try,
Get nothing in life,
And the one who does try,
Many times loses everything,
But it’s either way.
I don’t want to lose my friendship with others,
I don’t want any reluctance in my friendship with others,
As I can’t lose my true pals,
For someone I love,
Even if one day I had to choose,
The decision would not be so easy
But it would b too silly,
To lose others,
For someone who is happy without me,
And yet I don’t want to lose you,
Even if you were never mine,
It’s all so complicated,
That I fear,
If I express my feelings,
All of them for you,
In words,
They would create so much of confusion, but I’ve still tried…
