Title: A princess who wanted to be one no longer
Once upon a time in a far away land there lived a young princess named Cariki. Cariki was the princess of Artichoke. Every morning after she woke up she was treated with lots of respect. Cariki often got tired of her lords and ladies becoming quiet when ever she walked into the room. As she was walking back to her room one night she decided that she should speak to her father about the matter. So the first thing she did the next morning was arrange a time to see her father.When the time came she told her father what was on her mind. He simply told her that was their job and to live with it. Very frustrated, she left. When Cariki returned to her room she layed on her bed thinking. She thought to herself maybe If I speak to them they will stop. But then she realized that her father wouldn't approve of that. Finding no other possibilities see decided to run away. She figured if she dressed up like a beggar no one would treat her with respect. So she packed some nice and raggy clothes. After everyone was asaleep she grabbed some food and left a note telling where she had gone and that she would write. She quietly crept out and walked through the town. Finally, she found a place to stay. It was an old, deserted shack. The following day her parents found her missing and made a search party. Cariki woke up, ate something, then left the shack. She quickly regretted leaving because of how the people treated her. She sat down and started to cry when she suddenly saw her parents looking for her. She jumped up and ran to them. They returned to their palace happy. Cariki told her father how she was treated and he promised to change that forever.
