Title: Power of Teamwork-- Book 1, Chapter 2
'Enter the Fox-Boy'
I walked along a bridge with my arms behind my head, Latias tagging along as usual. I was in the Osakawa region, in the exact same place that Osaka, Japan is on the planet Earth. Osakawa is a large region between Orre and Hoenn. Anyway, I was headed towards Kyota, to Professor Dutch's lab. I needed information, since I just arrived here with Latias via passenger ship. Everyone was staring at us. When I got there, I saw some kids choosing their first Pokemon. One, a girl, got a Bulbasaur who behaved just like Latias, one, a boy, got Totodile, and the last, another girl, got Torchic. I smiled as I walked by them, while they were staring at Latias.
'Wow! I've never seen that Pokemon before!'
'Cool!'
'Whoa! It must be rare!'
I continued to walk towards the Professor and asked for the nearest city. He told me it was Ryuka, to the northeast. As I opened the door to leave, the three kids stopped me.
'Can I come with you?' The girl with Bulbasaur asked.
'Me too!' exclaimed the boy.
'Can I go too?' Asked the girl with Torchic. I turned around and smiled.
'Sure. Why not?' I said. Latias smiled and shouted with glee.
The girl with Torchic was wearing a pink dress and had golden hair. Her name was Mirei. The boy looked like me except he didn't have a jacket, glasses, or, of course, the fox ears and tail, and his hair was brown. His name was Mikey. The girl with Bulbasaur wore a blue skirt and a white shirt. She had long, black hair. Her name was Rena.
On our way to Ryuka, we saw a group of people who looked familiar. 'The muggers!' I thought. 'The same ones who were beating up Latias four years ago! What are they doing here?' I rushed the Mirei, Mikey, and Rena out of the way to safety. This could get ugly.
