Title: An Old Friend
I walked towards the Elite Four. It towered above me, swallowing me in its shadow. I started walking in when I heard an old, but familiar voice. I turned around and gasped in joy and shock as I saw my old friend, Staicee, run up to me.
'Oh my gosh!!!' I said breathlessly.
'Ashley! I haven't seen you in forever!'
'I haven't seen you either! Would you like to catch up on old times?' I asked with a mischevious grin across my face. 'Lets see who wins in a battle. Whoever wins is worthy for the Elite Four, and whoever loses has to train some more.'
'Fine with me.' Staicee said stroking her index finger against a scarred Pokeball which I instantly recognized as her Mightyena, her most loyal Poke'mon. A grin spread across her face.
'Alright, lets head to that PC over there and get our best Poke'mon.'
'Okay. Let's go.' As we headed back I thought of my best team, I needed dual types... I then figured out my best team.
We walked into the Poke'mon Center and Staicee went upstairs to use the PC up there. I walked over to the PC on the main floor and withdrew my Chimecho, Breloom, Manectric, Blaziken, Aggron, and Absol. As Staicee walked downstairs we grinned at eachother and walked outside, only to discover one of the most toughest battles of my life...
