Title: A familiar stranger

You slowly entered my life,
And stealthily crept into my heart,
You gradually started to dwell in my thoughts,
As you enchanted my dreams.
My heart beats had only your name,
A name which was not unknown,
And yet which I couldn’t bring on my lips,
Letting it be my soul’s secret.
You etched your name on my heart beats,
And when these very heart beats asked you,
Who you were, o stranger,
To have changed my life so much,
You soothed my curiosity,
By making me feel the warmth,
Of this marvellous feeling,
A feeling to which I couldn’t give a name,
A feeling which didn’t need a name to exist,
A feeling that could only be felt,
Only by those whom you mesmerized.
O eternal feeling of blissful love,
What a favour you did to me,
By stepping into my life,
And lifting me up till the skies,
Making me fly with the birds,
Across the oceans and mountains,
With a feeling that I could do anything,
Making the impossible possible,
So much was my heart at peace and happy,
Filled with the eternal feeling of blissful love….
