Title: EVERLASTING MEMORIES
Time flies away,
But your memories refuse to fade away.
The heat of the summer,
Brings back your memory in my heart,
Like a ray of light and hope,
Lighting my heart,
Just like the rays of sun,
Spread joy and calmness everywhere,
And makes Mother Nature smile.
Summer goes away and autumn arrives,
The leaves dry up and fall,
Flowers lose their fragrance,
But your memories still fragrance my life,
Making my heart leap with joy.
Winter arrives and spreads cold everywhere,
Yet I cannot turn cold towards your memories,
Which have become like icicles in my heart,
Refusing to melt away with the snow,
As winter goes away and spring arrives,
The flowers in my heart bloom,
My soul dances with joy,
There is beauty all around,
As my eyes see you everywhere,
In every blooming flowers,
In every flying bird,
And I know that your memories,
Will never fly away,
As it’s beyond time’s power,
To take them away from my soul…
