Title: Glacier Town
I felt great. A few minutes ago, I had defeated my first Avrick trainer. When he had gone, I had taught my Swampert the new move the trainer had given me: Swamp Bomb. Now I was walking slowly down Starter's trail, looking around me for Pokemon. Suddenly, on my left, a pair of eyes looked at me from behind a tree - large, green, venomous eyes. I reached for the PokeBall containing Swampert...
The eyes suddenly narrowed, and a long, forked tongue appeared out of the shadow of the trees, just below the eyes. Then, an indistinct shape could be seen, slithering silently towards me. It looked a bit like a snake, apart from the section just below its head, looked as though it had been stretched and blown up like a ball.
'Chaaaaaaa!' it hissed.
I stood, petrified, as the Arbok glided swiftly towards me. Then, I suddenly felt confident, as I ran my fingers over the PokeBall I was holding.
'Swampert, go!' I cried. 'Let's see your Swamp Bomb!'
Swampert focused, and suddenly a piece of marshland, big as a carpet, appeared in front of Arbok. Arbok looked down at it, quizically. KAABOOM!!!
As soon as Arbok's snaky body touched the swamp, the whole thing exploded. Arbok was thrown twenty feet into the air. As it dropped again, I chucked a Great Ball at it. Arbok disappeared inside, and didn't come out again.
'Woo hoo!' I cried. I picked the ball up, and it vanished. I knew it had gone to the Day Care Centrw near Mauville City in Hoenn, where all my other Pokemon were. Then, suddenly, ahead, I saw a shining city with many buildings.
'Glacier City!' I exclaimed.
