Title: The Battle Part 2
Sandshrew stood up stunned after being hit with Charmander's Fire wheel attack.
'O.k Sandshrew it's time for our speacial attack!'I said
'Special attack?' Mally wondered
Sandshrew, Ballistic!' I commanded
Sandshrew's eyes grew red and it charged at Charmander with lightning speed. As it made contact it caused a barrage of puches and slashes, knocking the stunned and surprized Charmander around. With one final punch, Mally's Charmander fainted and fell backward.
'Charmander!' Mally yelled running over to her Pokemon's aid.
'Where did your Pokemon get an attack like that?' Mally asked firmly.
'It's my own personal Trainer Move, I tought it to Sandshrew myself.' I answered, as I walked out of town and onto the beggining of my adventure...
PART 2(Roxxane)
I approached Rustboro City after a three day walk.
'well Sandshrew, time for us to get our first gym badge.' I said
'Sa-shew' he chimed back.
I shouldn't have said 'Our new badge', because Sandshrew is the one who earns it, not me. Thats my philosiphy, you should respect your Pokemon, instead of them respecting you. Sandshrew and I have been at team since I was 10, an I hatched him from an egg. He's a smart and agile Pokemon who can always tell what mood I'm in. I owe him alot, but I guess he sees it the other way around.
We stood side-by-side in front of Roxxanes gym.
'Ready Sandshrew' I asked.
'Sa-shew Sa-shew' it chimed smiling.
I opened the door and we headed up the aisle to confront the first Gym Leader I have ever gone against.
'Well, hi there. You look like a young but skilled trainer, and your Pokemon seems to share a bond with you. Now show me how that bond is enforced, in a Pokemon battle.' Roxxane stated, throwing a Poke-ball.
'Go,Onix' She said
A loud roar echoed throught the gym as a large Onix emerged from the ball.
'Remember Sandshrew, win or lose I don't care, your still my best friend.' I said to Sandshrew.
'san-shew' it confirmed, nodding.
'Onix, tackle!' Roxxane commanded.
Sandshrew smiled and with one quick movemnt it dodged the attack, sending Onix's head straight into the ground.
'Onix, quick bind it!' Roxxane yelled.
Before Sandshrew could react it was rapped up by Onix.
Onix squeezed tightly.
'Sandshrew, Ive got an Idea. Defense Curl' I shouted
Will Sandshrew and I deafeat out first Gym leader?
