Title: The New Fellowship
It was peaceful day in Hobbiton. Samwise Gamgee had just finished planting the last row of taters in his garden. As he looked across his backyard, he saw his beautiful wife, Rose, sitting in a wooden chair watching their children play. Her curly golden hair waved in the wind as little 3 year old Elanor rolled the ball to even littler Frodo, who was only one and had barely enough curly brown hair to wave in the wind. Sam smiled. He loved his family more than anything. It was hard to believe that only a year ago his master and best friend left for the Grey Havens. He missed him very much. But he had his family now and he still always saw Pippin and Merry. Still, he had loved him.
' Now, Sam,' talking to himself, ' what are you thinking about? You have a family now and you have to watch them and take care of them. No more adventures for you.'
Yeah right.
An hour later there was a terrible storm. The sky turned black and the hard winds blew everywhere. It blew the water off the lake and dust was flying everywhere. It blew the trees and roof shingles down. It even blew Sam's poor tater garden apart. Then the rain came. It poured and poured and poured. It flooded the roads and gardens and ruined the coat of paint on Cal Nil's house. Boy, was he mad. All of a sudden, from inside there houses, the hobbits heared a loud horn blowing. It sounded like it was coming from near the North Gate. It sounded again and was closer. It sounded a third time and they heard a loud banging on the gate. They heard horses and angry Men shouting. Suddenly, there was a loud crack! as the gate gave way. Big, tough, mean-looking Men poured in on horses and they started grabing the poor hobbits and stuffing them in bags. The other hobbits were to busy running for they lives and screaming their heads off. The Men had torches and were setting the houses and trees on fire. Suddenly, they left with 50 something hobbits in bags. The others didn't dare go after them, for those who did were slain. The rest were to busy putting out fires or collasping from exhausion or were just knocked out.
