Actually, Jack spoke in the past chapter. I made sure all of the characters had at least one line. It's kind of hard to keep them all in the spotlight when you have so many of them. Just be patient. I know you wouldn't want me to take him out of the story before one of his big moments. After Max's battle, it'll be his turn to be in the spot light. So, just give me a little more time. I'll make sure Jack has more diologue and actions in later chapters.
