Title: The Path Of The Chosen (Part 49)

Back at Squawkmon's house, the food was gone and the group all laid on the floor, their stomachs stuffed to capacity full of food. 'Man, I'm so stuffed,' JP groaned while rubbing his stuffed stomach. 'At least we're saved, right?' Kunemon asked. 'Sure thing,' Sock said while smiling. '*Burp* That was delicious,' Hoagie said while holding his stomach. Later, the group then explained to Squawkmon that they were on another mission to stop Sotonamon from taking control of the Digital World but they had gotten separated from their friends in the process. Then, they also explained other details about their journey such as; their learning of the Spirit Objects, going to meet the Elemental Guardians, Sock having problems trying to control Heavenly Apprehension, etc. 'Oh mahy, Ah understand everythayng now. But I gotta tell y'all, that Gorillamon that y'all just got rid of will be bayck. Ah'm sure of it,' Squawkmon said. 'Well, yeah, but at least we'll have the strength and energy to face him now that we've eaten,' Apteryxmon said. Then, on cue, Gorillamon busted out from the foliage, still angrier than ever. 'Uh oh! I don't think he liked the old banana gag,' Odie said. 'I told you that fake banana wouldn't work!' Nermal said. The group then ran out to face Gorillamon while Squawkmon stood off to the side. Soon, the group became their Digimon forms so that they could try again to face against Gorillamon. They knew that this time, they would have a better chance of fighting him now that their stomachs were full. 'Gorillamon not like fake banana you give me!' Gorillamon roared as he angrily threw the fake banana on the ground. 'Well, we would've told you it wasn't real but we didn't want to spoil it for you,' Saberdramon said. 'Humans die now! Energy Cannon!' Gorillamon shouted. He held out the cannon on his right arm as it charged up and fired a purple energy beam that the gang had narrowly dodged. Sockiomon started surging with energy like a DBZ fighter but just like before, the attack fizzled out again. 'Aw, come on! Just let me use it properly!' Sockiomon yelled in anger. 'Come and get us, ugly! Tempest Twist!' Kazemon shouted. She did a handstand-style move on the ground and started spinning around with her legs spread out and gave Gorillamon a hard kick in the chest. 'Bonzai!' Centurionmon and Aprisamon both yelled as the two Digimon brothers leapt out and rammed Gorillamon really hard. 'Hey, you cruddy gorilla! Taste my punching power!' Wally shouted as he used a SLUGGUH to strike Gorillamon in the leg. With Gorillamon distracted, Saberdramon then flew behind the Champion Digimon and used a Black Saber attack that burned the gorilla Digimon slightly. Gorillamon then let out an angry roar as he started to stomp towards the group.
