If excuses were mooses,
I'd have herd them all.
I wonder, I ponder,
If there are any new ones at all.
The dog ate my homework,
A classic fo Maths.
I sprained my ankle, I can't do P.E.
What is the subject, there is no need to tell.
Excuse, excuses,
Yes I've heard them all.
I've written a book about them,
It'll be released this fall.
