Title: How the White Tailed Deer Came to Be- part 1

One day in a still forest far, far away in a distant land, a deer was meandering along a path. As he was walking along he heard the chattering of a squirrel. He was curious, so he followed the sound until he came to a clearing in the woods. There he saw Squirrel telling a story to Fox. Deer only heard the very end of the story. It went something like this:
“And ‘til this very day the pixie hides her magical dust deep in the forest and no one has been able to find it.”
Well, let me tell you this, Deer was the greedy type and wanted the pixie dust all for himself. Quickly he returned home to rest up for the adventure, when he would set out to find the pixie dust. The next day he set out on a trail that not many an animal had traveled on for quite some time. He walked for about nine hours, or so it seemed. Deer sat down to rest for a few minutes when all of a sudden he heard Squirrel and Fox coming up behind him. He quickly started walking again so as not to be beat to the pixie dust.
