Title: The Capture of Articuno
My hair whipped across and around my face as I gaped up at the legendary ice pokemon, Articuno. It beat it's wings agaisnt it's magnificent body which boasted increadible muscles. Its head reared back and let out an icy cry of challenge. Blistering ice burst out of it's mouth in my direction. Gathering myself up, I bolted to the saftey behinde a rock. Quickly I ripped off two poke balls from my belt and hurtled them torwards Articuno. In a beam of red light, Arcanine and Charizard came out. I yelled to them to use thier Flamethrower attack. They obeyed, but they were not quick enough for Articuno was in the air in no time at all. It spewed an icebeam torward Charizard, who flew out of range of the painfully close attack. Now in the air, I ordered Charizard to fly to Articuno and use fire blast. As he flew, I told Arcanine to keep using flamethrower at Articuno. Charizard reached Articuno and did as I told him only to stop fiercly to escape one of Articuno's attacks. 'This isn't working,' I thought desperatly as I watched Charizard try extreamly hard to use fire blast. It was getting colder and colder every time Articuno used attacks. Arcinine fiercly tried to hit the moving target but not one of them struck the powerful body. My hair fell over my eyes; I struck them away and called to Arcanine to stop using Flamethrower and start using fire spin. He stoped shooting flamethrower, took a breath and hurled a scorching fire spin. Articuno peered around its shoulder as the attack came to it. Before it did anything the fire had it, and Articuno was trapped within. Thrashing wildly, it could not shake the fire spin. I told Charizard that now was the time to use Fire blast and Arcanine to use Rapid fire. The ice bird franticly landed on the ground and tried shaking the fire away. Its enormous wings flapped in all directions and it screamed in agony. I watched, horrified, as Articuno fell and told my pokemon to stop. They did and collapsed on the ground exahusted. I thrashed out from behinde my rock and cried ' ULTRA BALL, GO!' and the ball whizzed out of my hand and tapped Articuno lightly on it's heaving chest and it was brought up in a beam of red light. The ultra ball fell down on its side, and, after shaking around, the red light in the center of the ball blinked itself off. Articuno was caught.
