Title: A New Start Chapter Two
When they got off the plane, a lady with silk brownish red hair stood with a sign saying “Welcome home Billy.” While
scanning the room, obviously looking for Teri’s new friend, Billy Whares.”Hello Billy.”The lady said with a voice of
excitement. “I’m glad you could make plans to come home.” She said pausing when her eyes met Teri’s. “Who is this charming young lady?” She questioned.
“Oh! This is Teri Deroga, she is going to Rocky Shores
High too.” “Since we have an extra room” Billy whispered “and she has no where to stay, can I invite her to stay at
our house.”
“I guess.” she said smiling with great pleasure.
“Teri!” Billy said with great excitement “You can stay with us, we have a spare room for you.”
“That’s nice” Teri yawned again.
“Don’t you like it, aren’t you excited. We can walk to school together, work on homework...” He stopped short and gazed with amazement at her. Her eyes were barely open. “We better take you home.”
On the way to his home Billy quickly found out it’s not true girls don’t snore because they do. When they got there Billy and his dad Mark Whares helped her to her room. “Who’s this young lady?” Billy’s dad questioned.
“Teri Deroga” Teri said sleepily. “Nice to meet you.” She was walking so much
she was practically awake. When she entered the room she was so astonished by what she saw her bottom jaw dropped. She quickly shut it.
“This is your room.” Billy’s dad said.
“Thank you.” Teri replied with a stretch and another yawn.
“I’ll leave you to it, tomorrow is school. Make sure you wake up by 7:00 or it’s Froot Loops for you.”
