Title: My Unfortunate Infection (The last paragraph)

Finally we reached our destination. Even there, all the patients and nurses were staring at me. Soon it was our turn. My mother explained the situation to the doctor and asked, 'Is there any cure for this?' ' What do you think caused this?' asked the doctor as he turned to face me. ' I presume the blue M&M that I ate caused it.' He looked puzzled then simply sent us off with a few pills saying that if those pills did not work, there was no other way he could help us. Precisely after two hours, the colour went off. My mother was delighted. She thought that that was the end of it. When I sneezed again a few days later, the same thing happened to my hair. My mother was disappointed that I still have this infection. Nothing could be done to help it. After a few weeks, my mother simply had to get used to the sad fact.

Although my mother has stopped feeling embarrased about my hair, I just cannot help feeling it for myself.
