Title: **~~A DeAd AnD LoNeLy NiGhT ~~**

After seeing the headlights flash off i curled up in the blanket on the couch. Flicked on the TV and watched to my heart's content. It was a sad day after hearing that grandma passed away the night before, but to overcome this incident my parents went to see grandpa. So there i was home...alone. I wasnt that use to feeling this neglected but i knew i couldnt do anything else. As i watched the movie which i thought was boring i heard a peculiar noise. I tried to ignore it but it grew louder, making the TV sound like a whisper. I was too scared to turn around and look ,so i closed my eyes wishing that it was just the neighbours. But no, deeply i knew it was something that was not normal, something evil. The sound was like a tornado blurring everything else around me ,even my thoughts. The chandeleir shook wildly above me ,while it's light flickered. I started to panic with fear. I tightly held onto the side of the couch as it shook like an angry bull. It took awhile but then i suddenly had the courage to see what made the corruption. I quickly turned to see ,looking around with fear. But as i looked .....nothing was there. The noise had suddenly stopped the shaking of panic had stopped, but something had risen......a chill. I gulped and slowly turned around. And there i saw....was a ghost. Not any ghost but my grandma. I gasped but could not do anything else. Inside of me i was screaming, scared and many other feelings i could not remember. My grandma just smiled and held out her hand. Slowly and strangely my hand rose and held onto hers. 'Do not be afraid my child, i am her to say good bye' She said as i stared. 'I am only here to do that and give you something' she continued. A tear got let out of my eye suddenly. And then more came afterwards. My Grandma held out her other hand and in it was a ring. It was gold and rusty looking but it had a beautiful engraved pattern which made it look a tiny bit more modern. I reached out my other hand and took it with politeness as i stared at it. My grandma continued smiling as she nodded . I looked back at her. 'This was from my mother, but i had no chance to give it to your mother, so now im giving it to you' she said. A tear had also escaped from her eye. I was about to hug her but then- 'Goodbye child, Goodbye' I tripped but luckily i didnt fall, as the spirit went away. I slowly crept back onto the couch and waited for my parents to come back. I stared at the ring as tears of happiness came.
