Title: Jenn's Adventure Part 13
Ashley: “Like, go Grimer!”
Grimer: “Griiiiiime! Not again!”
Me: “Go Vulpix!”
Vulpix: “Piiiiiiiix! Cool.”
Me: “Vulpix! Flame-Thrower now!” It’s a one-round knockout for that Grimer! How
embarrassing!
Ashley: “Grimer! Like, return! Go Rattata!”
Rattata: “Tat-tat-TATA!!”
Me: “Vulpix! Return! I’m sorry, but you’re not fast enough.” Vulpix hopped over and I
unlatched Spearow’s Pokeball. “Go Spearow!”
Spearow: “Speeaaarrrrooooow! Let’s go!”
Me: “Spearow! Leer at it!”
Spearow: “REEEEOOOOOOOW!” (That’s just the sound of the Leer this time)
Ashley: “Rattata, use that pause to take it down! Bite it!”
Spearow: “Speeeaaarrr! Ouch!” Spearow had tried to fly out of the Rattata’s reach, but it had
jumped and caught her tail feathers.
Me: “Now, Spearow! Fury Attack!”
Rattata: “Tatatatatatatat! Owie! Owie! Ouchies!” The Rattata fainted!
Me: “Yeah! Spearow!” I hugged Spearow and patted her head.
“Darn it! I, like, lost to you again!” I got 250 for winning.
I took Vulpix and Spearow to the Pokemon Center to get treated.
“Hi!” I said. Then, looking at the nametag I asked, “Nurse Joy, Could you please heal my
Vulpix and Spearow?”
“Sure!” she exclaimed cheerfully.
“Thank you.” I waited in the lobby while Vulpix and Spearow were treated.
“Okay,” she said when they were done, “we took care of everything.”
“Thanks again!” Vulpix and I hurried off to the desk to see where we should go next.
Then the announcer came on, “The trainers for this round will be: Jack, Jenny, Sara, and Tiffany.”
She won!?!?! How?!? “Jenny will battle Sara in the first ring, and Jack will battle Tiffany in the
second ring.
