Title: Jenn's Adventure Part 17
Chapter 4: Cassidy and Shane

I searched the crowd for Tiffany instead of going to our meeting place. I know, it would
have normally been very stupid to do that, but I still had a while until sunset and it would have
been even dumber to wait five hours for her to show up. When I got to a spot that wasn’t so
crowded, I took out my new Bulbasaur.
“Bulbaaaaa! Oh, a new master, I just hope this one isn’t as much of a jerk as the last
ones.” It said to itself.
“Don’t you worry, I believe in treating my Pokemon as faithful friends, I never act like a
jerk toward them.” I explained to her.
“SAAAAAUUUUURRRR!?!?!?!?! You can understand me!?!?” it yelled.
“Don’t look so shocked, I’m sure many people can. Be delighted that you can tell me
whatever you want.”
“Saur, bulba. Whatever you say.....” It didn’t look too glad to me.
“Now, I need a nickname for you. I’ve thought of nicknames for all of the normal starters
so that if I’d get one of you I’d have one ready. How do you like Rosebud?”
“Bulba! Bulba! Love it! let’s get going!”
“You come back inside your Pokeball for now, the people inside the store don’t like it
when their customers bring un-balled Pokemon inside the store, even just keeping Vulpix out is
pushing it.” I called her back and headed over to the town Pokemart. They sold cheaper items
than the arena one.
“Two antidotes, please.” I asked the lady inside.
“Yes, ma’am, anything else?”
“Yes, I would also like seven Potions, I’m running low.”
“Will that be all?”
“Yup.”
“That will be 2,500, please.” I handed her the money and left the store.
There were tons of rides and games, and Vulpix wanted to try them all. The tickets were
cheap for people, and free for Pokemon, so I got enough for all of us to go on all of the rides.
Vulpix and I got a seat to ourselves on the fastest Ferris Wheel in the world, and Spearow and
Rosebud got theirs. The roller coaster was great for everyone except for Spearow because she
experiences excitement like that every day while flying.
As we were walking to the concession stand to get drinks, Vulpix and I spotted a game I
thought we might try.
